State Senator Andrew Rice was on the campus of UCO Nov. 9 clarifying the broader points of healthcare reform. And although the public is primarily exposed to partisan arguing over these issues, Sen. Rice revealed to the audience that lawmakers in Oklahoma’s capital were largely in agreement with the broader points of reform. He cited an exemplary program currently in effect in the Oklahoma that’s a model for national healthcare reform.
